Artists are invited to submit their work, background, images, and artwork details through the submission form. Each submission is reviewed to ensure it aligns with the style, quality, and direction of room of finds.

2. review & selection

Every piece is thoughtfully considered before being selected for inclusion. We look for work with originality, craftsmanship, character, and a strong creative story.

3. presentation & promotion

Selected works are professionally presented through the room of finds platform, with artist profiles, artwork stories, social media, newsletters, and connections with collectors and design professionals.

4. sales process

When a piece is purchased, room of finds manages the connection between the artist and collector to ensure a smooth and personal experience. Artists remain involved throughout the process, with communication around artwork details and delivery arrangements.

5. delivery & handling

Each artwork is handled with care from the artist’s studio to its new home. Artists are responsible for preparing and safely packaging their work for delivery. Shipping arrangements and costs are considered individually based on the artwork, location, and collector requirements.
